These terms apply to the SD Techo website and form a general framework for discussions and service engagements. A written proposal, quotation, scope or agreement can add project-specific terms.

Services and scope

SD Techo provides selected digital marketing and business technology services including WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp CRM, Website Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Graphic Designing and Software & Automation. The exact deliverables, timelines and responsibilities should be confirmed before work begins.

Client information and approvals

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access, assets, approvals and platform permissions required for the agreed work. Delays in approvals or access may affect timelines.

Advertising budgets and third-party charges

Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp platform charges, software subscriptions, hosting, domains and other third-party costs are separate from SD Techo service fees unless a written proposal specifically says otherwise.

Platform policies

Campaigns and integrations are subject to the policies, review processes, availability and technical limits of platforms such as Google, Meta and WhatsApp. SD Techo cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will approve or continue any account, ad, template, feature or integration.

Performance

Marketing performance depends on factors including market conditions, offer strength, pricing, competition, budget, creative, website experience, sales follow-up and platform behavior. Specific rankings, leads, sales, ROAS or revenue are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Payments

Fees, billing schedule, taxes and payment milestones should be stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Work may be paused when an agreed payment is overdue.

Changes and additional work

Requests outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines or additional fees. Material changes should be confirmed before implementation.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables should follow the written project scope. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, themes, plugins, APIs and platform assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the work completed, committed third-party costs and the applicable written proposal or agreement. Advertising spend and non-refundable third-party charges are generally outside SD Techo control.
